Vicki considered our needs and helped us with decisions necessary to complete the same of our home. We appreciated the way she responded to our questions and understood our concerns.

My brother in law showed us the property and we noted the sign. I called Vicki the next day and she set up an appointment for the next day. She showed the house and property and gave us all the important information so we could evaluate and make a decision. We called her the next week and discussed writing a contract. We met her at the house and discussed the contract. She was very prepared and explained everything well. After that she kept us up-to-date and let us know what was happening with inspections and how things would be handled. I cannot say enough nice things about her. We will use her service again to sell the condo we will be moving from. We have confidence that Vicki will handle our sale as well as she handled our buying of the home at 910 Grand Strand Trl in Murrells Inlet, SC.

Vicki Dunbar was referred to me by a friend who previously used her. From the first time we spoke, Vicki made me feel comfortable and important to her. She proved to be very knowledgeable about the area I was looking to buy in and offered other properties as well. She spent endless hours on the phone with me to ensure my satisfaction. We did the entire transaction via phone and internet and Vicki ensured a seamless process. She did a detailed virtual walk through since I live over 8 hours away. Though I had seen the property on a previous trip, she was able to point out attributes I was unaware of during the walk through. All of the partners (lawyer, inspector) that Vicki provided referrals to were equally top-notch. After closing , Vicki graciously brought my key to a friend of mine so it would be ready available to me when I arrive in town. I can't say enough good things about Vicki. I highly recommend her.

Vicky did a great job in a difficult situation. The marina wall is being replaced with one $27,000 assessment already payed for. Another assessment of equal or greater amount coming in two to five years, and it would be the buyer's responsibility. It was very important that the buyer knew this yet understood the value of what they were buying and how this community was going to be even more special once the project was completed. Vicky kept up with the marina wall progress, made sure she understood the details, and then helped the buyer get connected with a solution for their financing. Other realtors may have given up or not had the knowledge, or contacts, that could help the buyer. Vicky did and made it happen!

Vicky exceeded my expectations. She listened to my concerns/wants. As simple as when I was shown a condo on a higher floor, she made the adjustment to lower floors to consider after hearing my thoughts. She took location into consideration, did not try to push properties that did not meet my criteria. Helped greatly after the purchase. I understand customer service as I am a Multi business owner and Century 21 should do all that they can to keep Vicky. The good ones take years to replace and some are not replaceable, I feel Vicky falls into that category. She has my highest recommendation and will use again!

Living out of town, I had a very busy schedule and a tight window.
